Pressure Vessel Fabrication Capabilities Overview

GMW Inc. provides pressure vessel fabrication services for industries such as bio-diesel, food processing, chemical processing, and printing industrial applications. Vessels can either be stationary or transportable, horizontal or vertical, and cylindrical, oval, rectangular, or spherically shaped. Made from carbon, high strength, or stainless steel, the vessels are constructed through rolling and welding sheet material. Heads are joined by either bolting, clamping, or by being welded in place. Head shape can be conical, elliptical, flat, hemispherical, reverse, dished, toriconical, or torispherical. We can produce pressure vessels that weigh up to 10 tons.

Our pressure vessels are multi-compartmental, chemical and corrosion resistant, clad, double walled, foam insulated, jacketed, and have lifting lugs. The surface can be galvanized, painted, passivated, or left unfinished. For more information on our pressure vessel fabrication service, please see the table below or contact us directly.
